Privacy Policy

• Account data: name, email, account type and login method (Google or email) when you create an account.
• Practice data: with your permission, the matters, documents, diary entries and client details you store in the workspace.
• Research activity: questions asked to Ask Jura AI and drafts generated, retained so you can recover your work across devices.
• Technical data: device, browser, approximate region and how you use the platform, used to improve reliability and detect abuse.

• Provide the service you asked for: research, drafting, calculators and case management.
• Maintain service reliability, prevent abuse and respond to support requests.
• Send essential product communications; marketing emails only with your consent.
• Respond to support requests and meet legal obligations under Pakistani law.

We never sell your personal or practice data. Your questions, documents, research, matter data and generated outputs are not used to train Jura AI or third party models. Practice data is not used to target advertising, and accounts for judges are kept free of promotional content.

We share data only with processors required to run the service (hosting, email, and payments), under contracts that bind them to the same safeguards and with law enforcement only where a lawful order requires it and permitted by Pakistani law.

You may export or delete your data at any time from Settings. Deleted data is purged within 30 days except where we are legally required to retain it. Guest chat conversations are session only and are not written to persistent storage.

Workspace data is stored with encryption in transit and at rest, with access controls, audit logging and retention safeguards governed by the deployed service configuration. Exercise professional judgement before entering particularly sensitive client material and contact us for the current security documentation.

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to support@jura-ai.pk. We respond within 30 days. You may also disable data driven personalisation in account settings.

Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance by email and via the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
