Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Jura AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a firm or employer, you confirm you are authorised to bind them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information. Accounts for judges are restricted to research tools by design; this restriction cannot be lifted through self service.

• You will not probe, scrape or attempt to defeat the Service's security or rate limits.
• You will not input content you are not entitled to input or that breaches another's confidentiality.
• You will not use the Service to generate or store unlawful material.
• You will not resell or white label the Service without written agreement.

Jura AI provides research assistance and drafting support. It does not provide legal advice and neither Jura AI nor its outputs replace a qualified advocate. You are responsible for verifying all AI generated content before filing or acting on it, and for the final form of every document you submit.

You retain your rights in questions, documents, matter data and generated outputs. Jura AI does not use customer content to train Jura AI or third party models.

The Service, including its software, design and case law index, is owned by Jura AI. You retain all rights in the content you provide and in documents you generate for your own matters. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive licence to use the Service for your own legitimate legal work.

Features are tiered by plan and AI reasoning consumes credits as published. Credits are consumed on use and do not expire mid cycle unless stated. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. On termination, your data can be exported for a limited period before deletion as set out in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jura AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for losses arising from reliance on AI generated content that you did not verify, including missed court dates, incorrect fee calculations or filed documents.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
